How allocations are determined
Ownership, distributed to those who were early.
Shellbacks are the ownership token of this company. A fixed portion of the total supply has been reserved for the people who backed the pre-seed, distributed entirely from an on-chain snapshot. No discretion, no manual lists, only what the chain recorded.
A reserved pool
A fixed share of the total shellbacks supply is set aside specifically for pre-seed supporters. It is a defined amount, decided in advance, and it does not change.
Pro-rata by holdings
Each qualifying wallet receives a share of that pool proportional to how much $01 it held at the snapshot. The more of the pre-seed a wallet backed, the larger its allocation, and every share sums to the pool exactly.
A minimum to qualify
A wallet must have held at least 10,000 $01 to be included. The threshold filters out dust and inactive balances so the allocation reaches genuine supporters rather than fragments.
